Live in Northern Wi, and ive noticed Jeeps head lights dont run hot enough to keep the snow and ice from building up. Know these definitely wont run hot enough so my question is does anyone know how I can fix that?

I have seen military LED headlights that have a heater coil in them for exactly what you are describing. To my knowledge, there is no DOT approved LED headlight with a defrost feature currently available.

This may not be the proper thread for this, but here it goes. I'm thinking of trying to use the JW Speaker locomotive headlight / ditch light. I found a 12v - 74v step up that I think will work. Any tech savvy folks on here that can tell me if this would work? I think the low beams would work with the dim setting and then use the high beams with the ditch lights.
