Default Poison Spyder JK Body Mounted Tire Carrier

Poison Spyder's JK Body Mounted Tire Carrier works with the stock rear bumper or just about any aftermarket rear bumper, and can accomodate up to a 40" spare tire and accessories. The main tire carrier assembly is made of 1-1/2" DOM tubing for strength and great looks. All of the plate steel components are CNC laser cut and brake-formed from 1/8" or 3/16" steel plate. The hinge and latch assemblies are designed to address common issues inherent in similar tire carriers from other manufacturers. The tire carrier comes with mounting points to add several Roto-Pax™ fluid packs as well as a Hi-Lift™ jack.

Here's a video showing features and benefits of the tire carrier:

Tell me what you mean by load limit. Its designed for a 40" tire and wheel, plus whatever combination of Roto-Pax and Jack will fit into the mounting locations. If you need an actual weight, I can't give it to you.

Can we get more pics of how high that tire gets mounted as I'd like to see how far below the tailgate it sits. Thanks!

Here it is with a 40" tire, the largest tire it is designed to fit.

Is it better to have the tire carrier on the outside of the tire? If so why?

Dusty, Rgr all. I know that Rotopax makes the holders where you can stack a 3 gallon and 2 gallon on top of each other and was wondering if the carrier would hold that set up? That could add about 136 lbs of fluids to the carrier not counting the weight of the tire and wheel.

On another note; I'll be up at the shop this afternoon picking mine up, so maybe we can talk more about. Plus I've got a request from Frank (sm_rubi) to relay to you.
