I already have the rockbrawler I bumper with no tire carrier and I'd like to add the new carrier. My bumper has the hole on top right to mount carrier. Would the rockbrawler II carrier be able to be mounted to the rockbrawler I bumper?

No the hole is in the wrong place. The RockBrawler II bumper had to be extended out a little bit to accomodate the positioning of the carrier pivot.

Unfortunately we don't sell the tire carrier separately. Its a pretty tedious process to install it correctly on the bumper, and it would be quite difficult to get it right without the assembly fixtures we have here at the shop.
