Love my new (to me) SFZ half doors. Can't wait for the uppers to come out! Wish they were sliders though.

Can these doors be painted like the OEM half doors?

They can but I read that SFZ doesn't recommend it as the plastic the doors are made of flexes and could cause defects in the paint

OK Bill, grabbed your labor day sale, look forward to getting them and hiding them from the wife till I figure how to explain them! Now lets figure out the uppers so I only have to lie once????

Haha, the wife will love'em so much she's going to be mad not that you lied, but that it take so long for you to pull the trigger and get them.

Default Update to uppers

We have come up with a slider that is designed into the door, with no need for the aluminum frame. These are preliminary design images. Some more tweaking needs to be done, but I think we are on to something here.
