It seems as though it may be better to leave the dimples alone rather than cover them up with armor since rust could form underneath the cover. And trying to pop it back out might make it go out too far and chip the paint.

Has anyone successfully repaired this and if so - how much did it cost?

I dinged my passenger side about a month after I bought it.

Passenger side. Girlfriend opened the door on a hill after I put the doors back on minutes earlier. Meh.

Dent removal specialist will do them for $50 or you can get the Rugged Ridge Cowl Covers.

Take the straps off on day 1. Swing both doors open and you have matching dimples. Call it a stock upgrade.

Default Warrior Products 16 gauge steel cowl armor

I have yet to see anyone using Warrior Products rivet on cowl guards....I've always been interested in gettin the blk 16 gauge guards, but never seen any pics other than catalog's one and only pic.... Anyone here have pics of their WP cowl guards????

before you leave the lot- do the rear view mirror mod.
the first time you take the doors off- do the dimple mod. the first time you wash it- do the side mirror mod.
