I had a similar problem with my auto transmission. Kept leaking fluid, turned out that it was porosity in the metal and had the whole tranny replaced with less than 200 miles.

iv had the same problem as well on my 07
after i noticed it and took it to the Stealership for service, i told them about it and they said that they checked and nothing was wrong with it.
i went and checked it again my self and the leak just disappeared.
guess they fixed it and didnt want to say.
