14. 3.6. It took forever to bleed the air out of the system. But I got it finally. Anyone that has 3.6 keep an eye on your thermostat housing. My cracked with no warning and leaked all the coolant out going down the turnpike.

I just traded my 2014, had the oil leak from the adapter issue and had my thermostat changed at the same time. Then a leak sprung in a top seam of the radiator. Wife said, time to trade, loved my White JKUR but happy wife happy life...now building 2017 JKURHR

same story lol. 2014 jkur 50,000 trouble free miles and then 52000 miles oil cooler housing started leaking dealer replaced under warranty, got home radiator started leaking at the bottom seam, dealer replaced under warranty, got it home and kept getting coolant smell and noticed a crack at the elbow in the tstat. went to get a new tstat as that would not have been covered, replaced it and traded it that night lol.
It had a small crack in that casting circle just enough that you would wipe the pink away and a few hours later it would be back. not enough to actually leave a drip or anything. The good news is they are really easy to change and if you are careful you only loose a cup or so of coolant.

buddy just took his '15 for radiator warranty last week. got it back from the dealer and was having bigger issues with smelling/seeing a bit of coolant coming down. turned out that the thermostat housing was cracked. didn't seem to be like that prior to the dealer replacing the radiator, but it was cracked none the less. Definitely an area to keep an eye one

The new Tstats have a different design at the elbow.

Everytime after taking my jk to dealer, a new problem would show up. Being the cynical person I am, I would go to another dealer and get a different diagnosis. I finally found a dealer that has been honest and charges are reasonable...still sleep with one eye open.

I avoid dealers at ALL cost. Makes it easier being out of warranty. Outside of purchasing some fluids, not much reason to go there.

I had the oil leak from the filter cooler housing thing. Warranty covered it. This thermostat took me 2 minutes to change and 2 hours to bleed the air out lol.
