Default Automatic Tranny "hoot" soung when shifting from D to R. (link to audio below)

Is this a Auto Tranny sound normal? I only have around 3,000 miles on my 2015 JKU and have started hearing this when my foot is on the brake and I shift from D to R or R to D. When in D, if I manually shift right from 1 to 2, there is not a "hoot" noise. But when I shift back left from 2 to 1 it also makes this noise.

I'm taking to the dealer tomorrow, but figured I'd ask here tonight since it is bugging the heck out of me!

Thanks!
