Mines loose again. I can't remember what they did to install them. But, on bumpy roads it feels like the front end is falling off but its just the brake pedal. I am going in again to get them to fix it somehow. Its probably like it on all vehicles, but where the brake pedal is bolted directly to the steering shaft system on the JK, it just transmits to the steering wheel and its horrible.

Yes is pretty annoying, mine is an auto which theres no real fix for it yet. What I did is taped two pieces of 6" angle iron to the pedal shaft in order to give it more weight, it seemed to help a bit, but its still there once an a while, but not as often as before.

My steering clunk was in the brake pedal & steering wheel. Greased the intermediate steering shaft through the boot with a needle fitting & it went away. $40 & 30 minutes.

Default How I fixed mine

New bushings didn't help, too much clearance
between ID and the shafts OD. So I packed the parts with caliper grease because I know it won't drip on my shoes. Been driving for 2 months with no rattle. I've decided if I have to do it again I'll
put a zerk fitting in the center so I can do it without taking it apart.
