Default Check Engine light

Hello all im getting a P0430 code from my jeep Ive gotten one person to tell me that its a bad catalytic converter. Can anyone give me a second opinion on it?

Yes, I was quoted $3600 for both cats and O2 sensors plus install when the check engine light came on. Ran $50 worth of Cataclean through the tank and the light went off. Has happened once more, but the Cataclean took care of it again. May be a bandaid solution, but beats laying out that much coin...
