update: I ran beside the jeep while my wife drove and it's absolutely coming from the rear end. SUGGESTIONS?

edit: by rear end I mean the back of the jeep....

I would remove and re-install wheels and and retorque everything just to eliminate that. Or at least loosen and retighten lug nuts

Maybe spin the wheels with them up in the air by hand to see if you can recreate it?

just gone done checking a bunch of stuff and found this: http://youtu.be/vRE414WET4E it may very well be completely normal, idk, so I decided to record and hopefully someone can confirm this for me.

Did you remove the little washer on the lugs before you put the after market wheels?

Oh I thought your wheels where after market, check the balancing weights they might be falling off

Are your rear springs coming in contact with anything? Mine made a similar noise over bumps and the one spring was nicking one of the bars(forget which one) over bumps..... Good luck
