I've read some people have used Best Top soft top protectant on their faded flares and worked great! I use it on my soft top but have yet to try it on my flares (haven't started fading yet) but maybe even some Armor All dash protectant may work as well?

Your best bet would be to repaint them. It'll last longer and look better.

It's super easy. Degrease them, light sanding, adhesion promoter and your choice of plastic friendly paint or bed liner.

I've been using this stuff for a couple years on my wifes car and now the jeep. Comes with the applicator and the bottle of actual product. Wash the jeep and use it on the fenders, bumper, hood latches, hood bumpers, tail lights and especially the mirrors and door handles. Leaves them shiny and protects them from UV damage. Normally lasts 2-3 months. Any auto store and walmart sells it.

X2 on this. Works good, looks good but doesn't stay on long.
