I think it likely depends on the model you purchase. My '09 has them, but it is a Sahara, so wether or not it is an option on all models, you would likely have to go into the website and do a build.

Pretty sure they are standard with the S package. Maybe the super base sport with no AC will not have them, but I don't think any dealers even will order those anymore.

Thanks for the feedback. It looks like on the 2015 website all wranglers have fog lights standard. There was an older JK without fogs in the work parking, just wondering when they became standard.
