I was welcomed by a front drivers side foot well filled with water yesterday. Carpet COMPLETELY soaked through. This was with the hardtop on. I pulled the two oblong plugs and pulled the carpet up hoping it will drain and dry out. I wish they wouldn't even offer the carpet. I already took out the rear carpet and just have the rubber mat. All plugs pulled. If you are going to get water in, at least let it go out!!! I think I am getting water in at the B pillar muckets. Truth be told, I am really losing my patience with the leaks. It's very frustrating.

I have a 2010 JKU by the way.

I've had that problem from time to time. Water drips down the rear seam in the middle over the center console or down the door.

I used 303 wipes this past weekend on all of my moldings, steering wheel and seats. After the huge rain storms and cold weather we had this week i haven't had 1 leak all week.

The rubber moldings and steering wheel leather respond very well to the 303 and become much more supple after application. I do the seats to and dash to prevent fading.

I wipe it on with a the supplied wipe let it sit a few min and wipe it off with a cloth towel

No more leaks and the couple of small scrapes in the leather wheel from my watch buckle are now gone.

What's sad with all this water leaking I owned a 83 CJ 7, best top soft top and full two part soft doors. Zipper windows with Velcro half on the doors. Rarely has water in the Jeep. My driver and passenger floor boards get soaked.. I regret getting rid of a real jeep.

Just throwing this out there but I wouldn't rely upon the dealership to resolve this type of issue. As many others have suggested I would

1) figure out where the leak is and thoroughly check the seals in that vicinity.

2) identify yourself what needs replacement if anything (or adjustment) and either have the dealership replace that part or fix it yourself.

My reasoning; this is a finesse issue requiring attention to detail and I don't honestly believe many mechanics at any dealership will take the time nor energy to figure out your Jeep's particular issue. More than likely they will just quickly replace a general seal and try to be done with it.

Hey man where did you buy that piece that prevents water from getting between the freedom top and the top of the door seals? I have a passenger door leak and i believe this could stop it. Thanks I appreciate it.

2014 sport, had leaking on passenger side, got it fixed, then wind noise from header, and now wind noise on drivers side...this will be my third seal replacement...It would be nice to just install my own weather stripping to wrap this up once and for all.

I have a 07 I just got a OEM replacement top off a 09 never been used. On my old top I did new weather striping every year or so and check it with a hose and I did the head liner as well near the end it kept the wind noise down
