I used a sharpie with good results. You had to be up close to see it.

the black touch up paint is awesome you would not even know that the scratches were there. Unless they are really deep , after the paint dries it matches perfectly.

Black sharpie, I keep a pack of them in the tool box for the hard top, branches and crap scratch the hell out of it, sharpie fills them right back in with permanent black.

My hard top is full of these white marks from close contact with tree branches while out on the trails.

I keep them as a badge of honor that I use my Jeep for what it is intended for!

That is just me though

That is just me though
While I do intend to go on trails I'd probably do it without the hardtop on.
