The jeep horn sucks anyways, sounds like a Kia or Hyundai. Replace it with air horns and watch heads turn when you blast it.

Starter is the same way. I also own a Tundra. when you hit the key it automatically keeps cranking until it starts. I think jeep has the same type system, but if you hit the key and let off too quickly, nothing happens. No big deal, just takes a little getting used to.
