Watch out for the 08 and some 09 they had production problems with some of the engines and are known for being oil burners.
I have a 10 with 52k absolutely love it. just had the oil analyzed and found out the engine is wearing perfectly. It was a big relief knowing how some of the 3.8 motors can have some major problems

http://www.blackstone-labs.com. Order a free kit from their website send a sample in and 35 bucks later you get a report back like below. Pretty sweet

I've got a 10 with 80k and no issues. Are you planning on staying with the 3.8? Or moving a couple years up and getting the 3.6? Would probably be a good time to do so since some are dumping their jeeps for 2015s

2 08's.
My wifes is a daily commuter with just over 80K and mine is at 60K.
Neither burn any more oil than expected.
A buddy of mine is looking for a JKU in the same range and it amazes me what people are still wanting for an 08 with more than 100K on them.
