Default jeep has weird rumble at idle????????????

My jeep runs good all fluids are topped off and look good, but today my engine light came on and my jeep seems to idle slightly lower than normal around 5-600 rpm and it will get this random shake not super rough almost a gentle shake then stops and will do this a couple times when stopped. If i keep my rpms up just a little 7-800 it does not happen. any ideas??? its an 07 sahara unlimited

Have you cleaned your throttle body recently? They need to be cleaned regularly even though it isn't mentioned in the FSM. That seems to clear things up when I encounter a hiccup in throttle.

Check to see what code it tripped with the CEL.

Slight rumble is a good way of explaining mine to. Cleaned the throttle body and no change ???
Plugs and cables are pretty new.

I'd really like to get this figured out.

If the CEL came on you can always swing by a auto parts store, most will check it for free and provide you with the code being thrown. Easier to track down that way.

Well no CEL coming on.

I put some Royal Purple Fuel system cleaner in today, hoping this makes a difference.

The code should be stored until either the battery is unhooked or about 50 key cycles.

Mine has done this since new... 13 jku.

Usually only after coming off the freeway or after gunning it... Although I can't remember if it did it or not when I was running Lucas fuel system cleaner at every fill up.
