Need help. Stuck on side of the road
I was in park. Disengaged the E brake and then went to make a u turn. When I did it felt like the brakes were still locked.
On the dash I have ABS light and ESP lit up.
All 4 rotors are burning hot.

Well if it was me, now that u have the codes, if I was stuck on side of the road I'd disconnect the battery for a few minutes to let the system reset and see if it goes away. Then once ur home and off the road look into it some more. Sorry I can't give u a definable answer for ur problem, but that's what I would do in ur situation.

I was thinking the e brake since I used it immediately before but I am not positive all 4 are locked. What would be an easy way right now to test which wheel is locked up?
Jack up the rear end, wheel chock the front wheels, put jk in neutral and see if tires spin easily?
I got the jk home to my place but I'm not super mechanical.

In your original post you mentioned that all 4 rotors were overheated. I took this to mean all 4 brakes were exhibiting force on the rotors causing them to overheat as you drove. I would get all 4 wheels off the ground if you're going to do any testing just to be safe.
If in fact I misunderstood what you were saying, then yeah the e-brake certainly would be a suspect. The codes that you got would kind of point in that direction as well since it was telling you that the rear was the problem. Maybe it is stuck and because of all the errors the system was overloading the other brakes to try to compensate?

Sorry if there was any confusion. All four rotors were hot to touch. I stuck my finger through the wheel and they burnt my finger as soon as I would touch any of them.
I don't know for sure.
