Anyone know what this code means? I am starting to get a loins tick on the passenger side. I am aware of the head issues but the only time my cel light came on was this code.

You might try going to Jeep Forum - Jeep Enthusiast Network and post in the JK forum about this. there is a guy that goes by jeep cares as his screen name who I believe is a Jeep engineer or works for Chrysler. He posts a lot of tech and warranty info so he might be able to come up with an answer for you. If you are a member already of jeepforum you could PM him also.

Alright, took my jeep to the dealership. They did not have the code in their records either. They sent an email to chrysler star and Chrysler told them to check the one way valve connected to the vacuum pump many relocate when the install a front bumper on a '12 and up. The one way valve was facing the wrong way. Apparently I (we) reinstalled the valve the wrong way after relocation.
