Default Hitch Swing Away Frame and Cargo box installed

First time owner and want to take Jeep for our Florida vacation and needed some extra storage since we are bringing our 3 dogs. Not in the market for a roof rack now (maybe later), so searched and searched for hitch storage options. Liked the swing away frame idea (but didn't find much posted about it so just sharing my experience). It let's me have access to trunk to let dogs out during our pit stops.

Frame is heavy duty, very sturdy, well built, and made in USA. Hitch tightener works like a charm. Company needed vertical and horizontal height from center of hitch hole to bottom of and rear of tire, respectively, before shipping. Happy with purchase. Drove around town with it and box and had no issues - need to test it on highway before we leave. Storage box is 55" wide - I like it bedlined better. Used a 8 inch Curt hitch extension, for a little extra room. Now, for some pics:

Cool I'll check it. I like the idea of the truck box with lights.

Are you sure all 3 dogs will fit in it?

Just toying with you bro. I like the idea. That's a lot of extra space. Have a safe and fun trip too.
