Just in case anybody does a search and sees this post. 2 door and 4 door OEM fender flares are the same. I did not think there was a difference and ended up taking a chance on buying used 4 door ones from Fortec. They fit fine.

Heard that the mounting points are a little different? Another guru member quoted "you could probably make them work as enough about both are similar enough but, surprisingly, there are some differences in the way they get mounted up to the body."

I bought some 4dr stock fenders and they bolted perfectly to my 2dr.
I think that after market fenders are different on the outside rears. But stock fenders are identical.
