What is the best way to clean and protect all the rubber door and hard top seals and gaskets on my JK? Best products to use that won't dry them out?

they make stuff you can spray on your weather seals every 2-3 months, it cleans and protects the rubber with things like uv blocker, i googled it and found a few brands.
