Here are some pics of the problem area. The window is properly tucked into the channel as described and depicted in all of these posts.

Another view without lifting the window.

Window is fully tucked into door frame. It's tight horizontally, but only tight at the door vertically. As you get towards the rear window it becomes very loose vertically. The passenger side is perfect.

And the roll bar bracket and bow attachment to soft top? Are they good?

Everything looks good. Everything is tight like it should be; just the one window corner.

Sorry but I'm out of ideas. Thinking maybe it's a defective top. I would bring it back to the dealer for verification and replacement if needed.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. Should keep me from looking like an idiot when I take it in to the dealership.

What about the vertical corner piece of the top itself? I know sometimes it can be positioned improperly around the corner of the tub and sit too close to one side, causing the windows to not be as tight as they should. Try repositioning this piece around the corner, and see if that helps.

This probably isn't the problem, but it may help.

Thanks for the suggestion. Checked the corners and moved them around as much as possible but no change in that window.

I'm not seeing the plastic strip in this picture that tucks into the channel on the tub. It should run all the way to the corner. Is it missing or stops too early?
