I went a different route, as I don't like the idea of folding, or rolling my windows. I built a false floor roughly 3" high, and simply slide my windows into cloth pouches, and slide that under my false floor. No floor space is lost, they are inaccessible with the gate closed, and with portions of the floor hinged I still have access to my trunk as well as the floor space behind my seats.

First of all, this being my 3rd Jeep with a soft top, I accept the fact that no matter what I do, my windows are gonna eventually get scratched.
I never remove my rear window, I just roll it up.
i roll up my side windows and just chuck them in behind the front seats.
Once you accept this fact, It makes life much easier.

Agreed, I believe scratches are inevitable, but I really don't want to develop cracks. My windows are 6 years old and in great condition. I really don't mind putting the effort into preventative maintenance.

I have the Clover Patch Window Roll that I purchased online a few months after I purchased my 2011 2dr Sport. The side and rear windows fit in between the felt folds of the fabric roll and slip into a water repellant sack that rests on top of my folded top and attaches to my roll bar on each side. After 4 years of use, my windows are not scratched and the windows are quickly available in case of a sudden thunderstorm while on the road away from home. Money well spent.

can't roll up
I have a 2015 4 door and the side windows won't roll because they have stiffeners in them to tuck into the door frame so they have to lay flat. I'm trying to make something that will work but if anyone here has an idea please pass it on

Start rolling them at the stiffener. The stiffener goes across the roll rather than being rolled up.

I rolled mine around the door sorround fastener. The strip that runs along the bottom isn't as rigid.
