Steering bezel
I have a 2012 artic edition unlimited with a factory painted steering bezel that is peeling and chipping. Has anyone having this same issue? Does anyone know what type of paint is used on this trim, may attempt to repaint this myself.
I was told ha it isn't under warranty, (go figure) and I was hoping to buy a used or a unwanted one from someone on he these forums.
Appreciate and advise or input.

as long as your under warranty
and its defective part , paint or anything not due to your negligence they have to replace it . For god sakes its only a cheap piece of plastic . They had to replace my rear plastic window because it had a crease in it that wouldnt go away . If your going to fix it yourself then it most likely will peel off plastic again . Id call chrysler customer care
