Default Stock Tire Rotation washers

i have about 4,000 miles on the odometer. and I'm about to do the first tire rotation.

Do you guys recommend removing the "washers", if I'm still on the factory wheels?
The "washers" I'm referring to is from the Teraflex tip video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apJiCmyMPnM .

No real reason to until you do your first brake job or get different wheels.

They serve no purpose after the jeep is assembled and I would just pull them off.

They also must definitely come off if you ever run wheel spacers
