^ Yep, they also have some low misalignment boots that will limit the droop in the TRE that is good to use when you are in a stock position.

I tried these on the wife's Jeep and they work well for the tie rod, but not so much on the d-link. When you droop one side will open and let crud in.

Thats why they are "low misalignment", they are not meant to be used on vehicles that have lots of articulation.

HaHaHa.... I know I was in a pinch and it was the only boot I had. IMO the d-link is not a low misalignment application even on a stock rig though.

IF you don't hit the trails it would be. From the photos it looks like the op just runs on the pavement or dirt roads at worst. I would not recommend running the low misalignment boot on a rig that is run off road and needs the articulation.

I had this exact problem. The jam nut can be loosened and the drag link can be rotated up.

I will try loosening it and rotating it up away from the tierod. See if I can get it to stay in that position. Thanks for the input.

I planned on installing them on my Synergy TR because they recommend them for hydro assist. Is there a drawback to running them on the TR as far as binding under full stuff? I understand the issues on the draglink but I was hoping there wouldn't be any issues on a TR.
