Teraflex, vs Yakima roof rack for 4 door question
I have a 4 door, with hardtop. I have looked at the ads for both Yakima, and Teraflex. Neither list the weight capability. There is over $170 difference in price, if you include 2 crossbars on the Teraflex, which come with the Yakima.
I see the Teraflex has something that rests on the roll bars, to help hold the load. Does that increase the weight capability significantly?
Couldn't I add something to the Yakima to accomplish the same thing?

I guess if you have good fab skills you could make brackets that tie into the roll bar. Is that worth $170 difference though? I've had the Nebo for 8 months and the rack is stout! It ties in perfectly to the roll bars and only 4 extra bolts to remove the top.
