2007 Wrangler X - 38,000 miles.
Replaced:
Seat Riser (warranty)
Soft top headliner (warranty)
Chipped windshield
Busted handle to glove box
NOT A SINGLE REAL PROBLEM - HEADLINER WAS MY FAULT AS I LEFT IT STORED FOR WINTER ON A DRESSER IN BASEMENT AND IT WARPED IT....

07 with a few miles shy of 40K and haven't really had to "repair" anything. Best Jeep I have ever owned and see me keeping it for a couple hundred thousand more miles.
My 33" toyos have about 35K miles on them and have at least half the tread. A lot of miles for mud tires in my opinion. They are heavy though!

just curious, did the dealership ever cover the replacement, or was it your auto insurance glass coverage? i tried to get my dealer to cover it,as i have a cracked windshield that obviously started as a result of the wonderful design (it started at the top where there is not rubber gasket, etc.).
btw, 14000 miles, cracked windshield, changed the plugs at 8000 miles and they looked like they had 80000 on them. replaced with e3 plugs.

19000km (12000 miles)
ABS pump & controller replaced under warranty (failed as a result of a hood-level dunking I suspect) Other than that, all good so far apart from water in diffs & gearbox as result of said dunking.
