3chainz, You should bring it to this event so we SoCal folks get a look at it in person. I for one would like to see it. Maybe you can get more ideas for future upgrades. Who: You, your family, and friends!
What: Open House at Rebel Off Road
When: Saturday, September 27, 2014 from 11-4 pm PST
Where: 23501 Commerce Center Dr, Suite A, Laguna Hills, CA 92653 (click here)
Why: Because we love hosting all you fantastic off roaders!
Lunch: Lunch is on us! We've partnered with the famous Weinerschnitzel "Weiner-Mobile" to cook up dogs and our fantastic friends from Red Bull will be on hand with refreshments.

We do suggest you pack water though - it may get warm!

Parking: First come first parked - but you shouldn't have a hard time finding a place to hang up your keys. We do suggest you get here on time though!

RSVP? Nah - just show up! Remember to invite your whole off road club, neighbor who is totally jealous of your rig, and in-laws!

Event Specials? You bet! We've asked our partners to allow for one day only specials on your favorite off road goodies. http://www.rebeloffroad.com/v/vspfil...openbunker.png

Sure you got enough slack in that rear brake line for when you hit the curbs in the mall parking lot?

I did not realize it was a 6 hour drive. No better time to test out the rig on the road then a 6 hour drive (Test out that warranty).. Weather wise, it's been pretty hot lately (89-90) but usually 78 were I live during the summer. Run door less and topless most of the year.

Oh ok. I heard that area stays pretty regular year round between like 68-75. Was wondering what the water was for. I guess anything in 80s is hot to y'all. Lol. Y'all would die in Louisiana. Bout 103 with 75-90% humidity. Lol. Can't get enough water here.

I may be getting the custom step fitted at that time... I would personally like to be there but getting a Saturday off for me personally impossible.

Texas was Hot 102 with 85% humidity in San Antonio was just too much even thought the Food was amazing.

Pretty much ate my way through Texas.

Couple thing... Most important concern with audio is Volume. The JK has no roof and trail doors, 40 inch tires and a ton of wind and road noise. Now in a full sealed SUV or Sedan then yes Axis and time alignment makes a big difference but our goal is LOUD. The most important thing to consider for basic audio guys is Phase. As long as the speakers are in phase the sound will be clean. We going with some XD Marine Amps and working on putting an 8w7 and 2 sets of marine speakers under the seat as we type this post.

Head light have been shipped and we have a nice back log of video we will be floating up over the next few days.

The audio system we decided to scale back and have a moderate system. The Goal is to be loud and using super high fidelity equipment with a vehicle exposed to the elements is just not a good business decision. Marine grade amps and speakers are a better choice and the decision to use the C5-650 in the front instead of the 7 inch marine components were to preserve space and also to fit in the factory location. Plenty of foot room before anything was mounted we allowed 3Chainz to sit in it and make sure it was comfortable and the front kicks were out of the way.

Head Lights are done and here is a Video from HID Projectors did a custom one off set for us built to 3 chainz specifications.
