Default Rebel Off Road's Streaming Bunker Thread - We Install What We Sell!

Fantastic thread idea JK-Forum.com! We've been posting our in-house installations on Facebook for years - glad we can now easily share them on JK-Forum.com.

To keep clutter down we'll try to keep all our installation photos in this thread - but when a special project comes up we'll give it it's own thread.

All our installations are done at our Laguna Hills facility - aka the Rebel Bunker. We invite all forum members to come down during business hours and check us out!

Default Currie RockJock D60 and D70 Prep

Prepping this REBELCON for Maxxis Tires Creepy Crawlers in the 40x13.50x17 flavor. To ensure years of headache free wheeling we are marrying the new rubber to a Currie Enterprises front RockJock D60 (Rebel Spec) and a rear RockJock D70 (Rebel Spec). ARB USA (ARB Air Locker) air lockers will provide go power the flip of a switch. Notice the coilover system? That's our bolt-on RECON King Off-Road Racing Shocks conversion. It carries over to the new axles with only a single minor bracket change.

Can you guess which is the 40-spline Currie Enterprises RockJock D60 axle? Most RockJock 60's run a 35-spline, but when you want to run the MONSTER ARB USA (ARB Air Locker) RD189 40-spline air locker - you need to upgrade your axles to match.

Heard you want to run 40" tires, 14" rear 2.0 (or 2.5 IBP) King Off-Road Racing Shocks coilovers, a GenRight Off Road fuel tank relocation, custom triangulated 4-link chrome moly control arms - mounted outboard/inboard of the frame rails for zero "hang up", and have 100% rear suspension cycle with zero binding? Easy.

Aw so this is what you were working on in the back when I stopped by at lunch. Got to like that new rear coilover setup!

Bolt-on armor for your expensive and exposed rear lower control arm joints! Climb under your Jeep Wrangler JK and take a peak at your rear lower control arm joints/mounts. Beat up? Our 100% Made in the USA "Grinders" are the simple solution. Plus they DO NOT relocate your rear shock mount meaning no loss of travel! With just hours till we pack up for Big Bear Jeep Jamboree - Taylor is finally getting the lift his 2013 Wrangler Unlimited REBELCON "Ironman" needs for unmatched on road manners and off road performance. Taylor's rig now features a TeraFlex Suspensions 3" short arm with 8 adjustable control arms and their HD spare tire carrier, 37" Toyo Tires, Nemesis Industries fenders and sliders, Knuckles Offroad, LLC front and rear bumpers, and ASFIR 4x4 full skid plate undercarriage protection. Method Race Wheels Trophy beadlocks will allow him to air down to a lower psi for greater traction and safety.
