Default From Stock to Rebelcon - Built by REBEL OFF ROAD

This year in MOAB we were approached by an awesome couple who had driven their new (stock) JKUR all the way from Florida to have a little fun under the Utah sun. After realizing the limitations of a stock Jeep, they decided to hitch a ride with the Rebel Squadron. After a day of wheeling in the Rebel Command Vehicle, they knew exactly what they had to do… order a clone. They tossed us their keys and their JKUR fell into place in the Rebel Convoy for the 13 hour drive home.

Stay tuned for the build sheet and progress photos. This will be fun!

Here she is at the bunker awaiting her upgrades.

Got a few updates for you boys and girls!

Slowly but surely the parts are trickling in...

In today's posts, we've got a Teraflex Long Arm Mounting Bracket getting welded in place. Then the Poison Spyder Crossmember is getting installed as well. Check out that thickness difference! Lastly we've got a shot of the beautifully built Currie Rock Jock Dana axles. Big and Beefy, just the way we like our axles. I outlined the parts so if you're just learning about these things you know what's going on.

Don't miss the Toyota Tacoma SAS or the snow camo H1 build in the background!

Got some more photos for you guys.
Installed some Brembos...which are absolutely incredible. This is a JK for the books.

Can you spot the parts?
Recon Coilover Conversion
Brembo Brakes
King Bumpstops
Warn Hubs
RCV Axles (I can't see them either)
Teraflex Long Arms
Currie Rock Jock Dana 60 (it's hidden in there...)

Here's a photo update for you guys. This rig is getting serious.

Check out that front end...

Currie Enterprises Rock Jock Dana 60, RCV Axles, PSC Steering, Rebel Recon Coilover kit with King Coilovers and King Hydro Assisted Bumpstops, Warn Locking Hubs, 20" Trail Ready Beadlockers (so we can stuff those incredible Brembo Brakes in there), Toyo MTs 40x15.5R20, Currie Antirock Sway Bars...

There's more to come...

It's been quite a journey with this build, but in the end we just love it. The rig ran the Rubicon Trail flawlessly for the Jeep Jamboree event two weeks ago. She came back to the shop for a few tweaks and adjustments so I took the opportunity and snapped some pictures so you guys could see this awesome build.
