Realistic Lego Jeep Wranglers That Made You Look Twice (Photos)
The square shouldered Jeep Wrangler may have the perfect shape for recreating in Lego form. These models we found look so good you want to hop, ride off and make everything awesome in one.
1. Rock Climbing in a Garden
These two Jeeps look like they took a trip off-roading and parked for a nice scenic photoshoot. But, upon giving it a second look, you will notice that these are two Lego models of the Wrangler placed on top of rocks in someone's garden. You can't even see the lines of the Legos, and even the tires look real.
2. In a Miniature Jungle
Rough on the edges for sure, but something about the background makes this feel like it is an actual Jeep exploring the jungle. Getting the camera down low and close up really fools the eyes into thinking this is much bigger.
3. The Camping Trip
It might be all that green grass, but upon a first glance, this looks like a family taking a camping trip. All that luggage and gear, and the tiny chains holding to the roof make it a perfect illusion.
4. In Need of Roadside Assistance
That carpet gives the deception that this Wrangler broke down on a gravel road. That is until you focus on the Jeep and notice all the little holes. You have to wonder if the builder got detailed enough to make that motor have moving pistons that work when the wheels roll.
5. A Day at the Lake
A peek from afar would make this look like a Jeep near a lakeside. It is too bad that, upon giving it a close inspection, you could see the bumps of the Lego. Unlike the earlier pictures, this appears to be a much larger model made mostly with basic Lego bricks.
6. Parked in the Driveway
This truly looks like a Jeep Wrangler parked in a front driveway. The angle of the camera makes the tree look like it is just behind the Jeep, yet, once you take perspective into account, you'll notice that this Lego is sitting on a picnic table and the background is much further away.
We can't help you build a Lego Jeep, but for the real thing the how to section of JKForum.com is a great resounce.
