WOW, i wish for a hemi in my future to but man the funds arent there yet
any body know what gas milage they get with the 5.7 liter in the JK?

whats the wieght difference between the hemi and the v6

AEV is quoting with 4.88 gears and 35" tires you will get around 14 city, 17 highway. I am assuming that this requires not being to heavy on the gas. Originally Posted by texmexjeeper

There's a definate weight increase, however driveability's still excellent.
Those mileage numbers don't surprise me too much. The big V8 just doesn't have to work as hard as the 3.8.The Texas JK Specialists

I think it would be a bigger difference with 37" tires since you can run 4.88 gears with them for highway economy while still having decent power and acceleration. Originally Posted by ARubicon
