Chrysler Complaint PHONE NUMBER
Hi everyone my warranty was up only 8 days and my stealership won't even replace under warranty my ball joints which we all know are sh*t in the first place.....
I can't find that thread (iPhone here) where someone posted a number to call to complain about this and maybe still get the work done under warranty or atleast have it partly paid.
Anyone have that NUMBER?? Thanks

Yeah, good luck with that.
Chrysler customer assistance is a joke.
They will issue a case#, a case worker and make you feel like they are doing something.
Trust me they're not. They claim to review your service history, they don't. Ask about the trans replaced under warranty they have no idea.
Claim to talk to the dealer service manager. They can't quite remember his name, its BOB dipshit. And he was off yesterday when you "spoke" with him. It's all lies and empty promises.
Your claim will be denied 100% of the time regardless of what it is.
Save yourself the headache, take it to pep Boys or someone local that actually works on cars for a living. Ball joints are easy for a mechanic.
Dealers have the most incompentent amatuer mechanics out there. They turn over several mechanics a month and it shows.
