    Default Added Grille Inserts

Added Grille Inserts to my Jeep this weekend.

Mesh was free, already had the black spray paint and zip ties. I just had to buy some self adhesive zip tie blocks. Total 4.00 + tax.

Took about 30-45 minutes to complete.

I cut black "pet screen" to fit in front of the radiator on the frame - 6 or 7 screws, strong, easily replaceable, keeps the bug out and no jacking w/the grill. Much cleaner and serves a real purpose.

    No offense.

I have 14 tabs... 2 for each slot. If this doesn't work, I'm going to use a whole piece of mesh that goes across the entire grille opposed to having them cut seperately.

We will see. So far.. So Good..

I used 2 tabs in each slot and put one at the top but you gotta make sure you clean the tab locations really good with rubbing alcohol

I had th esame problem, so I put a little gorilla glue down for the tabs. Use just a dab for each. Worked like a charm.
