you need an aftermarket "key" device. People have had great success with lockpick. Do a google search, or a search on this site.
Be warned, it does cost a bit.

In many states it is illegal for there to be any such device within view of the individual driving the vehicle... you might want to check in your state.

Lockpick from coastaltech
http://www.coastaletech.com/
I am planning on installing a lockpick soon....they offer video out cables as an ad on so you can also hook up seperate monitors in the back, I am planning on getting the whole set-up less the mic (already have the mopar mic for uconnect) this way I can bypass all the safety nonsense and use my nav while driving (destination entry) install monitors in the back (not sure if I am going to do both headrests or just mount one in the back in the middle somehow...I am also going to install a backup camera (not using there cam just there media wires)
The whole kit is $325 with audio video wires for additional monitor and or backup cam.
Or $289 for the lockpick unit itself.
Check out the for sale section...I know someone had a lockpick for sale and also another guy had a blu-gig (which does the same thing)
Good luck.
