Have to relocate?

I've decided I'm most likely going to go with this Smittybilt bumper:

But can't figure out if I will have to relocate the vacuum pump I'm reading about. Thanks for all the help.

this bumper allows you to mount your winch in between the frame rails so yes, you will need to relocate your pump. i would recommend the EVO relocation bracket:
