Default Help w/ Hanson square tire carrier

Well spending 1600 on a Bumper and tire carrier you would think everything would turn out fine, correct? Not so, I guess I was unlucky. These are the things that went wrong...

    1) I was missing the circle wheel hub and the 3 wheel studs that hold the tire. As you can see in my pictures there is no wheel hub.

    2) the upper strike block and its munting bolts were missing as well, it is needed when mounting the high lift jack and I believe it's a polyurethane block? Well, it was missing.

    3) The upper support plate that attaches to the tailgate did not align with the holes on
My tailgate, as you can see in the picture below.

    4) this one bothers me the most. The pin attached to the upper support plate on the top left corner is supposed to latch into the square frame latch. This is not the case.
When I fully close the carrier, the carrier latch does not reach the pin on the upper support plate. The pictures below show how the pin fails to reach full latch with the square swing frame fully closed. It seems like the welded tabs holding the pin need to be about 2 inches longer?

I noticed that the included upper support plate that attaches to the tailgate doesn't look like the on Hanson advertises on their JK, so maybe I got the wrong stuff? Not to mention missing the tire hub, tire hub hardware (3 wheel studs), and the upper strike block. Help a guy out????
