NO lifetime powertrain warranty in 2010?

I'm waiting to buy a 2010 wrangler, and I heard that the lifetime powertrain warranty will be cancelled.

Is it an urban legend?

Where can I get this info? The representative of my local dealer can't answer me.

There are a few other threads that say it's gone.

Most consider it to be a gag as soon as you lift it... well... some dealers will just "void" it... even though it may not really be an issue.
