So what kind of trails would these runs be? sounds like great fun. Would my X with just 33s" and a 2" spacer lift be able to keep up?

When you register, there are 3 kinds of trails it asks you would like to run: beginner, intermediate and advanced. I'm sure one of those trails can accommodate you.

Just clicked and saw that. Thanks. Now my only question to someone who knows the trails, is how easy are the beginner trails/how hard intermediate? I do moderate offroading when i can which makes me think beginner, yet i love offroadin and dont want to waste such a great trip if i can take it to the next level

Sorry if these are simple questions but this will be my first time to Moab AND to a JK Jam

all the trails at area bfe are somewhat of a challenge and unless you are willing to risk some body damage, i would stick to the easy and intermediate trails.
