Thumbs up Project-JK Get a Rock Krawler HD Tie Rod!!

After going through 3 factory tie rods, we decided that enough was enough and have finally upgraded it to a Rock Krawler HD Chromoly unit!! Let me tell you, this thing is super beefy and weighs about 26 lbs. Using beefier factory drag link TRE's, this track bar is rock solid and honest to goodness, I swear my handling feels even tighter on pavement. Anyway, here are a few pics of what it looks like installed. Once I get back from Moab, I will be sure to do a write-up for it

Here's a shot of all the part you will need...

This is a shot of the bigger factory drag link TRE. You will need 2 of them...

and of course, what it looks like installed....

Honestly, if you've got a bent factory tie rod, don't waste your money on another and get one of these

Heeeeeey!!! What is going on here???? My Rock Krawler Tie rod didn't come with a sticker No fair!!!!

Very nice

BTW, I used the MOOG TREs. with my RK Tie rod.

One question though, since I'm still trying to fine tune my alignment how did you set your toe with this tie rod? My alignment tech is having a hard time setting toe with this tie rod.

These most definitely rock! I've pounded mine hard a couple of times and other than scratches it is still straight.
