Question for you all.

Are the Rubicon shocks better or equal to the Old Man Emu shocks

I ask because I'm deciding whether to use the Rubicon shocks w/ extension that came with the 2.5 " Budget boost from Teraflex.

Or should I change the shocks to the Old Man Emu

thanks

Default Numbers...

1 - Your Jeep Model: X, Unlimited or Rubicon 2 door or 4 door
2 - Heaviest top you got the jeep with
3 - Your Front Left Spring Number (all jeeps have one number higher on the left than the right to account for drivers side gas tank weight)
4 - Your Rear Spring Number
5 - Your Shock Part Number only if Red/Rubicon shocks, if Black just say black.
6 - The fourth Digit in your VIN: either F or G
7 - Year of the Jeep

1. Jeep Sahara Unlimited 4 door
2. Hard top
3. 5212 6317AB
4. 6800 4457AA
5. Black
6. G
7. 2007, Silver

Get the OME shocks. Don't use the shock extension unless it's for monetary reasons.

You shouldn't need them if you get shocks to match your lift height... I took mine off and sold front/rear for $40...

2012 2 Door Rubicon with dual top and tow package.

14 fronts 56 rear.

Lost 1" up front when I added a winch and bumper.

Just installed 18 front JKU springs and got back 1 1/4"!!! It is much firmer, doesnt dive as much as before. Very happy with it. I have 58s for the rear but I am not going to install them yet. I like the more level look. Might get spacers for front and then add them on the rear?
