Calf Hitches Ride in Jeep

Though Explanations Are Few and Far Between, This Calf Riding in a Jeep Video Is Destined to Become a Viral Hit

We’re thinking this is probably a first.

Well, at least a first when it comes to JK Forum. But depending on where you live, maybe it’s pretty common to see a cow riding in the back of a Jeep.

And no, we’re not talking about some over-sized stuffed toy, or a plastic replica. As you can see above, we’re talking about a real, living cow. Which we’re far more accustomed to seeing grazing in a field than riding in the back of a Jeep.

In fact, were it not for Wayland, Michigan resident Kimm McDowell posting the video on her Facebook page, it’d probably be a tough story to sell as truthful. McDowell said she thought it was actually a Great Dane when she first spotted the Jeep driving down the street.

That said, it’s not the first time we’ve heard of some unusual animals hitching a ride in a Jeep. Just last week we covered an incident involving a lizard named Buri. Buri was fortunate enough to safely escape a Jeep fire, along with the pet’s owner.

Then, of course, there’s all those moving stories of Jeep owners and their dogs. But a cow riding in a Jeep in a city? This is definitely one for the books. That’s probably why the video garnered 3OOK views on Facebook within a day of being posted.
