Couple Spots Stolen Jeep on Freeway
Imagine having your Jeep stolen from you at gunpoint and then spotting it a week later on the highway.
Easy there before you start firing off with all those things that could land you behind bars — even though I can admit, I had a few of them myself.
However, Andrew Schupick, who is legally blind, was just happy to find his Jeep.
Schupick, who lives in Kansas, was with his wife right across the Kansas line when they spotted their Jeep on the freeway with their license plate and parking sticker in the back window, according to a Fox4KC.com report.
The couple followed the SUV until police arrived, which led to a chase and the subsequent arrest of the driver.
I’m unsure what the official charges will be in this case, but considering I have no compassion for carjackers, I hope the thief gets the stiffest penalty the law allows.
