Double-Parker Jeep Warrior Goes Viral

It appears that the poll conducted here on JK-Forum about that parking lot stand-off between the Jeep and Corvette might have hit the nail right on the head because things have gone a bit viral.

With nearly 100 votes in, it’s clear the Jeep owner is the one most are siding with in this ordeal, and he seems to be winning in other circles as well. In fact, the parking fiasco, which we since have learned went down at a Red Robin restaurant in Clifton, N.J., has made him a hero of sorts, according to a NJ.com report.

The Jeep owner, a guy by the name of Kyle DeMattia, has taken interviews from television stations around the world, and his video (below) has gotten more than 2.6 million views. In addition, DeMattia has been asked to drive his “Zombie Response” Jeep in the Clifton Halloween parade and will be splitting the profits collected from hits on his video post.

It’s a pretty wild turn of events considering that DeMattia, a mechanic, never really intended for the thing to get this big. “I just did enough to make him think some [expletive] kid in a Jeep came and messed with his mid-life crisis mobile,” DeMattia told NJ.com. Being both a Corvette and Jeep fan, I still have mixed views on the ordeal, but this isn’t faring well for that ‘Vette driver at all.
