Jeep Turns Vancouver City Street Into a Forest

Jeep Forest text

It’s been said that if you can’t get folks to come to the party, then bring the party to them.  And that’s exactly what Jeep did in Vancouver.

The brand took over a city street and converted it into a forest, complete with a mountain river, snowbanks, boulders, fir trees, and two wolves. Real, live wolves.

Then Jeep invited a few unsuspecting drivers to experience the Cherokee in the city-turned-forest, using the Cherokee’s navigation system.

The Jeep Vancouver takeover was developed to promote the Cherokee while filming a new TV spot called “River in the City,” which you can see below, along with some amazing behind-the-scenes vids as well.

“We wanted to bring to life the real world capabilities of the Jeep Cherokee in a unique approach,” said Olivier Francois, Chief Marketing Officer, FCA – Global, in a press release statement.

Judging by the priceless look on the faces of those test drivers, you certainly pulled that off, Mr. Francois.
