Supercharged LS swapped JK makes tearing through deep sand dunes look effortless.

Seeing an LS swapped JK Wrangler is not all that uncommon these days. However, there are certainly examples that stand out from the rest. This is undoubtedly one of them! We love to see Jeeps shredding through sand dunes, especially when they are ungodly powerful!

Denton Racing has this incredible 427 LSX swapped JK Wrangler. They also are responsible for the fantastic video we discovered on their youtube channel. This kind of build is something we can only dream of! Just about every single nut and bolt has been gone through and replaced on this badass rig, and the result is way worth it!

So, what’s done to this thing? As we addressed, this is a built 427 LSX V8 with a Whipple 2.9 liter supercharger. It kicks out 930 crank horsepower, and you can hear every single one of them. The build doesn’t stop at the engine, however. To aid in laying down all that power, a fully built 4L80E transmission bolts to the engine. Furthermore, it features a Currie Rockjock 60 axle assembly up front, and a Rockjock 70 assembly in the rear. Unsurprisingly, they blew the stock axles up when they started making these insane power figures.

Watching this thing blaze through the sand is crazy! The Arizona state flag thrown at nearly 45 degrees gives you an idea of the speed at hand. If that isn’t enough to give it away, look at the rooster tails of sand following this madhouse everywhere it goes! We can only imagine how much fun a day at the dunes with this thing would be.

This jeep has ventured onto tarmac, too, as it was featured in an episode released by Hoonigan. It certainly has all the power for just about any terrain you could take it on, so why not burn off some 40-inch tires, right?

Overall, this JK is a monster!
