racetrack to off-road park

Going to an off-road park is fun, but wouldn’t it be more fun if you OWNED the park?

A Jeep brings a lot of joy to owners’ lives. One of the big benefits is being able to go off-road, in the really complicated stuff, at your nearby off-road park. But the drawbacks to going to an off-road park are many.

For starters, many charge their own recovery fee if you get your butt stuck. At our local park, that could mean up to $250 to pull your Jeep out of the mud.

Next, off-road parks can be expensive. Sure, what we’re about to propose is also expensive, but you’re investing in your future. A $20 trip to the off-road park gives you a day of enjoyment, but then the money, along with your fuel, is gone.

That’s why you should buy this dirt track. That’s right, a dirt track.

For $497,000, you can own your own 3/8th of a mile dirt track, complete with grandstands and lots of mud. While it was definitely used for sprint car racing and the like, it could easily be converted to an off-road park with jumps, obstacles, and more. Plus, people can watch you easily.

As for revenue streams, you’d charge what a normal off-road park would. But the benefits of this type of setup are numerous. You could build obstacles that are difficult, while mitigating the risk of damage to vehicles. And the track could be reconfigured to invite other forms of racing, when you’re not Jeeping it up.

Plus, at the end of the day, you own a race track. A genuine, real-deal, certified racing oval, complete with all the left turns you want to make. Heck, you could even make the turns go to the right!

There are worse ways to spend a quarter-million dead presidents, that’s for sure!
